The men's and women's cross country teams from Russell Sage College will travel on April 9 to Houghton College to compete in this year's Empire 8 Cross Country Championships.
The event will take place at the Field of Dreams Cross Country Course on Friday, April 9. The women's race starts at 4:45 p.m., followed by the men's event at 5:25 p.m.
Six Empire 8 institutions will vie for the team titles in the men's 6,000-meter event and the women's 5,000-meter race.
