Albany, NY---The Sage Colleges' women's volleyball team will hold a Girls' High School Volleyball ID Clinic on Sunday, December 8, 2019 in the Kahl Gym. The event will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. and is open to high school girls in 12th, 11th, 10th or 9th grade and the cost is $60 per participant.

The clinic is open to high school girls who are in 12th, 11th, 10th or 9th grade. All participants will be exposed to college level training. Participants will be coached in technical skills of passing, setting, hitting, blocking, digging, offense and defense, progressing into game play.
Equipment Needed: each participant should bring their own kneepads, water bottle, and sneakers
