Voorheesville, NY—The Sage Colleges' men's golf team hosted the Dolphins of the College of Mt. St. Vincent in the final match for the fall season at Colonie Golf and Country Club. The Gators recorded the win, beating CMSV, 341-360.
Sage's sophomore Blake Pritchard (Malone, NY/Franklin Academy) finished as the medalist with a 79, seven over for the day. CMSV's Cameron Bratt took home second with an 82 as the top scorer for the Dolphins.
Sage's junior Tyler Schnaible (Ballston Lake, NY/Shenendehowa) tied for fourth with his teammate freshman Aidan O'Neil (Canajoharie, NY/Canajoharie) as they both shot an 87 on the day. Junior Jared Almy (Howes Cave, NY/Cobleskill-Richmondville) carded an 88 on the day to take sixth, while senior Austin Laverty (Petersburg, NY/Hoosac Prep) posted a 97 to pace Sage to the win.
The match on Saturday completes the fall schedule for Sage as they will be back in action in the spring.
