Faraj Named E8 Rookie of the Week
ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College freshman guard Syrita Faraj (Troy, NY/Tamarac) was named the Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Week for the period ending Sunday, December 5.
ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College freshman guard Syrita Faraj (Troy, NY/Tamarac) was named the Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Week for the period ending Sunday, December 5.
Faraj registered 21 points and a career-high 18 rebounds in the win vs. SUNY Cobleskill on December 2. The effort was her third double-double of the season.
Looking ahead, RSC (4-3) hosts Mount Saint Mary College on Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
