PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – Russell Sage College Women's Volleyball Head Coach Rosilyn Cummings was announced as a member of the SUNY Plattsburgh Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2024.

Few have had more of an impact on the women's volleyball program than Cummings '13, whose presence on the court led the Cardinals to one of the best seasons in team history in 2013. After earning Second-Team All-SUNYAC East Division honors in 2011 and 2012, she capped off her career with a senior season that saw her earn AVCA Honorable Mention All-America, AVCA All-New York Region, SUNYAC Player of the Year and First-Team All-SUNYAC honors. The Plattsburgh, N.Y., native, who also earned SUNYAC All-Decade Team recognition and a spot on the 2013 SUNYAC All-Tournament Team, ranks second in program history with 1,183 career kills.

The annual induction ceremony and dinner will be hosted on Friday, Sept. 27, in the Memorial Hall gymnasium on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus, with a cocktail reception planned for 5:30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall lobby before the induction dinner and ceremony at 6 p.m. in the gymnasium. Seats for this year's event are $30 per person ($15 for children under the age of 12), and those interested in attending the ceremonies should register by Sept. 20 at http://alumni.plattsburgh.edu/HallofFame.

Cummings, now in her second season at the helm of the Gators, has RSC off to a 3-1 start for its second-consecutive autumn.
