Gators Play to Scoreless Tie in Regular Season Finale

ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College Women's Soccer played to a 0-0 scoreless draw on Wednesday night to wrap up their regular season against Hartwick.

The Gators (6-6-5/5-3-3 E8), who have now won or tied in each of their last four games, outshot the Hawks 9-2. Sophomore forward Sofia Sanzo (Niskayuna, NY/Colonie/Le Moyne) led the offensive charge for RSC, registering two shots-on-goal and three total. 

Sophomore goalkeeper Olivia Horan (Mechanicville, NY/Mechanicville) (5-5-5) stopped the lone Hartwick (4-4-8, 1-3-7 E8) shot-on-goal in the season finale. 

The Gators are back in action on Saturday as they head to Nazareth for the first round of the Empire 8 Conference Championship Tournament.
