NEW YORK – Senior Morgan Dunn (Cohoes, NY/Cohoes) was named the week two Skyline Softball Player of the Week.
Dunn had a monster weekend with a .733 average (11-15), 13 RBI's, 10 runs, four homeruns, four doubles, two walks and a stolen base.
In Sage's first double header with Sarah Lawrence, the third baseman went 5-8 with six RBI's, four runs and two homeruns. Dunn scored Sage's fifth run in the second game by stealing home.
Dunn went 6-7 against St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) with six runs, two homeruns and three doubles.
The senior's Skyline honor comes just one week after Alexa Silk was named the week one Skyline Softball Player of the Week.
Sage is currently tied with Mount Saint Mary for first place in the Skyline with a 4-0 conference record.
The Gators take a break from Skyline play as they travel to Skidmore for a doubleheader at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
