    ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College is proud to announce that its Athletics Hall of Fame will increase by five members this June when Kirsten Ackerman (Women's Tennis), Nicole Corbett–Forth (Women's Volleyball), Hillary Faas-Li (Softball), Robert Villanueva (Men’s Basketball) and TJ Zehner (Men's Soccer) are inducted.

  • RSC women's volleyball set for the upcoming season as Empire 8 reveals pre-season forecast

    ROCHESTER, NY – The Empire 8 women's volleyball teams will open action on Sept. 1. Regular-season league play will begin on Sept. 29. The top six teams will advance to the Empire 8 Championship Tournament, which will take place with first round action taking place on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Semifinal action will take place on Thursday, Nov. 9 and the championship match will commence Saturday, Nov. 11, with all matches played at the higher seed. The Empire 8 Champion will receive an automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship.

    Albany, NY?Russell Sage College?s Director of Athletics Jim Lyons has announced the selection of Rosilyn Cummings as the next head women?s volleyball coach. She replaces Sandy Augstein-Collins, who retired in March. She becomes the 15th coach of the sport that played its first matches in 1971.
