Guilderland, N.Y. – Russell Sage College's men's cross country team competed at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences' inaugural Panther Invitational. The event was held at the Tawasentha Park.
In the men's race, senior Joe Degiorgio (Troy, NY/Troy) posted a time of 31:40.4 and was fifth. Rookie Robert Cusato (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland) took home ninth in 34:23.5, while freshman Chris Pellegrini (Loudonville, NY/Colonie Central) posted a time of 34:33.0 and was tenth. Sophomore Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Taconic Hills) took home 13th place in 36:37.2.
Looking ahead, the Gators run next on Saturday, October 8 at the Mt. St. Mary College Knight Invitational.
