Marrone Selected an Empire 8 Conference Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week
ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College Men's Lacrosse midfielder Anthony Marrone (Monroe, NJ/Monroe Township) was announced as an Empire 8 Conference Player of the Week for the period ending Sunday, April 13.

The graduate student, who opened the week leading the Conference in points (48), goals (45), and goals per-game (3.46), registered 14 goals on 27 shots across two games.
In the E8 win at Keuka on Saturday, April 12, he netted eight goals, the second-most in a game by an RSC player. The output helped the midfielder set the program record for goals in a season in the road victory.
Marrone became just the fifth RSC player to reach 100 career points vs. VTSU: Castleton on March 19.
The Gators (4-9/1-4 E8) are home on Wednesday night at 7:00 PM vs. Utica.
