ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College headed into the Thanksgiving break by defeating visiting Mount Saint Mary 85-56 this evening.
The Gators (4-2) shot 44.3 percent from the field and received contributions from their entire roster in the home win. RSC, which had a dozen players score in between five and nine points, used a 27-7 first half run spanning 10:16 to take control.
Senior forward Todd Williamson (Schenectady, NY/Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons) paced the victors with nine points on 50.0 percent shooting and ten rebounds.
The Gators led for 38:49 of the contest, including by 36 with 3:41 remaining.
Senior forward Connor Cyran topped MSMC (1-5) with nine points.
RSC returns to the court on Monday when SUNY Purchase visits the Kahl Campus Center. The non-conference contest is set to begin at 7:00 PM.
