Gators Begin NEVC Action Friday Night

DUDLEY, Mass. – Russell Sage College began New England Volleyball Conference play losing 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-19) tonight at Nichols.

Freshman outside hitter John Lindheimer (Albany, NY/Colonie Central) and junior outside hitter Sean Pingelski (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) led the way for RSC registering four kills a piece. 
 
Freshman middle blocker Jaydon Turczyn (Catskill, NY/Catskill) hit a Gator high .667, while freshman middle blocker Evan Devine (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) blocked two Bison attacks in the effort. 

Nichols (5-9/1-0 NEVC), which has already faced eight top-20 opponents this spring, were led by Jack Normandin, who registered a game high nine kills. 

RSC (3-12/0-1 NEVC) is back in action on Saturday at the MIT tri-match.

Payne/Wells)…FoxBurrows, and senior opposite Wylkins Occelin (Brooklyn, NY/John Dewey) were voted co-captains.
