Newburgh, NY---The Sage Colleges' men's golf team competed on Friday at the Mt. Saint Mary College Fall Invitational at Powelton Country Club. The Farmingdale State College Rams won the team title after shooting a round of 301 for the day at the par 70, 6,165 yard course.

Sage's seniors Zach Sullivan (Ballston Spa, NY/Burnt Hill-Ballston Lake) and DJ Ioele (Johnstown, NY/Johnstown) both shot 78 on Friday and finished tied for ninth place. Sophomore Kevin Johnston (Gloversville, NY/Gloversville) shot a round of 83 to finish tied for 17th place, while sophomore Sam Moquin (Watervliet, NY/Watervliet) posted a round of 111 and took home 33rd place. Sophomore Henry Taylor (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) competed but did not finish the round for the Gators.
Sage returns to action on October 10 and 11 travelling the Saint Rose Fall Shoot Out at Pinehaven C.C. with a pair of noon starts.
