Sage wraps fall golf season at Blazer Invitational

South Hadley, MA – The Sage Colleges' men's golf team wrapped the fall season on Monday after competing at the Elms College Fall Invitational at the Orchards Golf Club. Babson College won the team title with a 598 for the two days on rounds of 294-304. Sage shot a 371 on day one and finished in 16th place with a two-day total of 749. Sage shot a 371 on the first day of the tournament and had a 304 on Monday.

For the Gators, rookie Blake Pritchard (Malone, NY/Franklin Academy) finished in a tie for 40th place with 162 (77-85). Sophomore Tyler Schnaible (Ballston Lake, NY/Shenendehowa) posted a two-day total of 179 to finish in 69th place (90-89). Senior Ryan Guyton (Lockport, NY/Lockport) carded a 200 (99-101), while sophomore Jared Almy (Howes Cave, NY/Cobleskill-Richmondville) as he posted a 208 on rounds of 105-103.   

The Gators will be back in action in the Spring of 2018 with tournament play in March.
