Albany, NY—The Sage Colleges' men's basketball team hosted the Wildcats of SUNY-Polytechnic on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference matchup in Kahl Gym. Sage survived a late-game rally by SUNY-Poly to collect the 89-87 win. With the win Sage is now 4-4, while SUNY-Polytechnic drops to 4-3.

Sage led 45-37 at the half, but SUNY-Poly poured in 50 second half points and nearly came back to beat the Gators at the buzzer. Sage's sophomore Isaiah Scurry (Albany, NY/Albany) poured in a personal-best 31 points with eight three pointers. Wagner) had a big second half as he added 14 second half points and finished with 19 points.
