Newburgh, NY – The Sage Colleges' women's soccer team travelled to Mt. St. Mary College on Wednesday evening for a Skyline Conference match. The Knights picked up a 4-0 win to remain unbeaten in the league and improves to 6-4 overall and 2-0 Skyline. Sage drops to 1-7 overall and 0-3 in the Skyline on the fall.
The Knights connected for two goals in each half in the action. Maressa Segreto scored a goal in each half to help MSMC to the win.
Sage's junior goalkeeper Teagan Waddingham (Coeymans Hollow, NY/Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk) connected for nine saves in the action.
Sage returns to action on Sunday, October 6 hosting St. Joseph's (LI) College in a 4 p.m. Skyline Conference match. Action will take place at Albany College of Pharmacy's Athletic Complex.
