Sage's women's lacrosse team member, senior attacker Alexa Pajak (Earlton, NY/Academy of the Holy Names) was named the 2013 Skyline Conference Women's Lacrosse All-Star Second Team for her efforts this past season.

Pajak, who twice was named to the Skyline Conference Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week, finished the campaign with a record-setting performance. She had a school-record 64 points on 53 goals and 11 assists over the course of the year. She closed her career as the program's all-time leading scorer with 106 points on 90 goals and 16 assists. She also holds the program's marks for most points in a contest (14), most goals in a game (12), and most assists in a game (5).

A two-year letterwinner for the Gators, she played in 26 games and became the first player in the young program's history to surpass the 100 point plateau, while also racking up three game-winning goals with 59 ground ball pickups with 41 draw controls and 20 caused turnovers.

With the release of the latest NCAA Division III statistics as of April 29, she ranks nationally in goals (No. 71, 54), goals per game (No. 49, 3.79), points per game (No. 86, 4.57), overall points (No. 135, 64.0).

The women's lacrosse team which is under the guidance of Head Coach Pete Stapleton produced a number of high water marks this past season. The 2013 Gators went 4-11 overall and 3-7 in the league to wrap the campaign. Overall, Sage combined for 95 goals and 31 assists and 126 points, which are all new standards for the program. Additionally, the 2013 squad also racked up 257 ground balls, 118 draws and caused 108 turnovers, all team single-season records as well. The team also ranked in a number of statistical categories as they are ranked in points, scoring offense, scoring defense, caused turnovers, draw controls and win percentage in the national statistics that rank the top 300 performances on the year.
