Megan Lugo arrived at Sage in 2012 after excelling at Clarkstown South High School, where she earned nine varsity letters in cross country, track and field, and volleyball.

A second team all-county pick in race walking in indoor track, she was also named the team's MVP and captain for the winter season.

She is majoring in physical therapy at Sage and is the daughter of Richard and Michelle Baum.
