As a Sage newcomer in 2011, Emily Stevenson played and started all 14 games while adding a goal and an assist. Her goal was the game-winner in Sage's win over NYU-Poly.

In addition to her efforts on the soccer field, Stevenson also played lacrosse for Sage last season, where she started 12 of 13 games played. She connected on three goals with 19 ground ball pickups and 11 draw controls.

Last season, Stevenson started 12 of 14 games played and racked up six points on two goals and two assists as a member of the 2012 Sage soccer team. She was also a key member of Sage’s 2013 women’s lacrosse team as she helped the team set records for most wins in a season and in a row. Stevenson connected for 14 points on 10 goals and four assists and was the squad’s third leading scorer. She added 23 ground ball pickups and 11 caused turnovers as well in 2013.

Elected as a team captain this fall, Stevenson has played in 28 career games in soccer and has three goals, three assists and nine points.

A former four-sport student-athlete at Newfield High School, she starred in soccer, basketball, softball, and track. She served as a team captain for the soccer, basketball, and track teams, while earning first team all-conference honors in soccer as well as team MVP honors. She helped her 2008 track team to a divisional championship, while also earning a membership to the National Honor Society.

A Dean's List student at Sage, she is majoring in biology. She is active in the Biology Club as well as Spectrums. She is the daughter of Devid and Holly Stevenson. She is a representative on Sage’s SAAC and been very involved with the Gators’ community service efforts. She was named to the 2012 Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete Team in soccer and the 2013 Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete Team in lacrosse, while earning a pair of selections in 2012-2013 to Sage's Scholar-Athlete Team.
