Sage Athletics

Trish Cellemme became vice president for student life at Russell Sage College in 2005. She has also served as dean of students, associate dean of students and director of student services and residence life since joining Sage in 1997 as associate director of residence life on the Albany campus. Cellemme is the college’s chief student conduct officer. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Russell Sage College and her master’s degree in Education from the College of St. Rose. She is a member of NAPA, the leading association for the student affairs profession, and the New American Colleges and Universities Board of Directors.

In 2020, Trish Cellemme was selected to attend the NCAA Division III Athletics Director Report Institute. Cellemme was one of 43 participants that were involved in the fifth annual Athletics Direct Report (ADR) Institute, January 22-23 at the 2020 NCAA Convention in Anaheim, California.

At the conclusion of the 2019-2020 academic year, she was selected by the Athletic Department as the “Fan of the Year.” The honor was bestowed to her for her passion to support Sage’s athletic department and the student-athletes.  She has been an avid supporter of the Sage student-athletes and been involved with everything from support at athletic events to helping the athletic program to grow and succeed, while fostering a competitive environment for our student-athletes and staff.
