In her first season with the Sage cross country squadt Caitlin Coughlin had a strong campaign . She was named to both the 2012 Skyline Scholar-Athlete Team as well as earning a pair of postings to Sage’s Scholar-Athlete Team in both the fall and spring semesters in 2012-2013.

Last season, she finished in 36^th place at the 2013 Skyline Conference Championships and helped the team to a fourth place showing. Named a team captain this season, she returns for the 2014 season as a veteran performer to lead the Gators.

A former cross country and track and field competitor at Catskill High School, Coughlin was a member of Sage's first women's team in 2012. She picked up an impressive 20^th place finish at the 2012 Skyline Conference Championship and helped Sage to a third place team finish.

She is active in Sage's community as a member of the Dance Ensemble and is now a graduate student at Sage in the occupational therapy program. She was a Kellas Scholar and earned acclaim on the 2013 Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete Team as well as a Sage Scholar-Athlete honoree. She is the daughter of Daniel and Melody Coughlin. She was also placed on the Athenian Honor Society at Sage.
