John Toper

A former goalie for the Cardinals at Plattsburgh State, John Toper will assist the Gator goalies with his skill set. A 2016 graduate of Plattsburgh State, Toper excelled for Amsterdam High School’s team, and received goalkeeper of the year nominations in his junior and senior year. 

He earned a business management degree at Plattsburgh with a minor in Management Information Systems and Athletic Coaching. He was active during his collegiate career on campus as he was involved with the Cardinals’ SAAC and was a founding member of SAM’s, the Student-Athlete Mentors club at Plattsburgh.

He holds Class “E” License and was a member of the New York State OPD Team from 2007-2008, while also serving as a team captain at Amsterdam H.S. for 2010-2011.
