Taylor Lynch

At Sage:

  • A transfer from Cazenovia College, Taylor Lynch made an immediate impact in the Gator lineup in 2014.
  • A starter in 9 games, she tallied 21 points on 10 goals with an assist and had 3 game-winning goals. Playing in all 20 matches, she was part of the 2014 lineup that helped Sage to semifinalist appearances in the Skyline and ECAC Metro Tournaments. She earned Skyline Conference Player of the Week honors following Sage’s pair of impressive wins over both Sarah Lawrence and Maritime College in league match-ups.
  • Started 15 of 19 games in 2015 helping Sage to a program-best 14-4-1 record, while also garnering the program’s first Skyline Conference regular-season title after an 8-1 league showing.
  • 2015 Team’s second leading scorer with 22 points on 9 goals and 4 assists.
  • Tapped for 2015 Skyline Conference All-Star Second Team.
  • In two seasons at Sage, has tallied 19 goals with 5 assists and has 43 points.
 

Academics at Sage:

  • A Dean’s List student, she is majoring in nursing at Sage and has earned Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete acclaim and a pair of selections to Sage’s Scholar-Athlete Team.

High School:

  • She is a former scholastic performer at Saugerties High School, where she excelled in soccer, basketball, and softball.
  • She helped the soccer team to three sectional tournament appearances (2010-2012), while earning a spot as a senior in the 2012 MHAL Tournament.
  • A two-time team captain as well, she was voted the team MVP as a senior. She was also recognized for her outstanding play as a senior in Section 9.
