A newcomer to the Sage men’s volleyball team last year after one season as Wildcat volleyball player at SUNY-IT, Dylan Krowicki excelled. Named to the 2012 Skyline Conference All-Star Second Team, he finished the 2012 season ranked No. 47 in Division III in hitting percentage (.266), while also ranking No. 18 in kills per set (3.38).

He led the Gators with his team-leading 318 kills in 94 sets played, with 188 digs and 29 total blocks. He was named to the All-Tournament Team at both the Bard College and Endicott College Tournaments. He also excelled in the classroom, earning a selection as the 2012 Skyline Men’s Volleyball Scholar-Athlete of the Year after earning placement on the Skyline Scholar-Athlete Team and Sage’s All-Academic Team. Most recently he was named to the inaugural Sage Scholar-Athlete Team for his efforts in the Fall of 2012 in the classroom.

He holds Sage’s single-match record for most kills (25), while also adding a record for most points in a match 26.5 as both were set last year at Southern Vermont College. He also holds the program’s record for most kills in a season (318, 2012) and matches played (27, 2012).

A graduate Little Falls High School, he earned multiple varsity letters in soccer, volleyball, and tennis. A team captain in men’s soccer, he was also honored with a selection to the all-league squad. In volleyball, he was a captain and all-league pick as a junior and senior and helped his team to the third place finished in the sectionals twice. As a senior in men’s tennis, he was an all-league performer. He was named to the National Honor Society and earned his Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors.

He is majoring in physical therapy at Sage and is the son of Mark and Barbara Krowicki.
