James Pederson joins the Russell Sage College men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2021-22.  He assists head coach Ryan Lanigan with all aspect of the program, with a focus on the team's goalies.

Pederson played four seasons at Misericordia University, located in Dallas, PA.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Misericordia.
