Sage Career Stats

A team captain for the 2012-2013 Gators, Ryan Sager returns for his third season at Sage. 

A year ago, he added an 8.6 ppg average with a team-best 6.3 rebounds per game in his 23 games played with 22 starts. He led the Gators with his 26 blocked shots as well and now sports 43 blocks in two seasons at Sage, which is second best on the career list. Sager has 423 career points (4th), while his 292 career rebounds is second best in program-history. Sager shot a blistering 54.9 % from the floor this season (84-153) and now has a career FG% of 56.3% (174-309), which is third best on the Gator career list.

As a newcomer to Sage, he finished the season with the best field goal percentage on the team and in the Skyline Conference after he shot a blistering 57.7% (90-156). He started 18 of 26 games played for the Gators, while averaing 8.7 ppg. He also the second most rebounds on the team (147) and averaged 5.7 rpg as well. He had 17 blocked shots as well while playing an average of 19.1 minutes a game.

A graduate of Ichabod Crane H.S., he is a business administration major at Sage and is the son of Willliam and Kathleen Sager.
