AS A SOPHOMORE (2021 Cross Country): Earned second-team All-E8 honors…Finished ninth at the E8 Championships with a 6k time of 23:28.9 (10/30)…Served as a captain…Finished second at the SUNY-Poly Short Course Invitational with a 4k time of 17:37.4 (9/4)…Took third at the Oneonta State Airfield Invitational with a 5k time of 20:15.1 (9/18)…Ran 4k in a season-best 16:23.6 at the Hamilton Invitational (10/23)…Finished 89^th with a time of 24:56.0 at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regional Championships (11/13).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21 Outdoor Track): Finished third in the 1500m run at the E8 Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a program-best time of 5:03.54 (5/7-8)…Established the program record in 800m with a time of 2:30.40 at the University at Buffalo (4/17).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21 Indoor Track): Finished fourth in the mile at the E8 Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 5:44.15 (3/19-20)…Completed 3000m in 12:37.13 at the same meet…Helped the Gators DMR cross the line second with a program-record 13:59.16 clocking…Ran the mile in a program-best 5:44.05 at Nazareth (3/6)…Set the program record in 800m with a time of 2:38.18 at Utica (3/12)…Part of the record setting 4x400m relay team, 4:51.70 at Utica (3/12).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21 Cross Country): Earned first-team All-E8 honors…Crossed the line third at the E8 Cross Country Championships with a time of 19:32.6 (4/9)…Finish was the best by a first-year runner in meet history….Selected the Rookie of the Meet…Named the 2020-21 Sage Rookie of the Year.
