Amanda Jones

At Sage:

• As a Gator newcomer in cross country, Amanda Jones was tapped as a member of the 2016 Skyline Conference All-Star First Team after finishing in sixth place at the league’s championship in 25:18.53.
• Last fall, she was team’s top finisher in the RPI meet held at Saratoga State Park as she took home 88^th place with her team-best time of 20:31.1.
• She finished in 21^st place at the 2017 Empire 8 Championships as she recorded a time of 26:31.3 and helped the team to a sixth place.

Academics at Sage:

• She is majoring in nursing at Sage. This past fall, she was named to the Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete Team (2016) and was a Dean’s List student.
• Last year, she was placed on the 2017-2018 Empire 8 Presidents’ List and Sage’s Scholar-Athlete Team.

High School:

• Jones was selected as the Most Valuable Runner as a senior at Columbia High School.
• She was also an Honor Scholar and team captain of the cross country team and was member of the National Honor Society.
