Julia Geisel

At Sage:

• A newcomer to Sage this year, Julia Geisel already opened her Sage career with a statement early Empire 8 Women’s Tennis Player of the Week on September 3.
• Geisel arrives at Sage after attending Quinnipiac University.

Academics at Sage:

• She is majoring in occupational therapy at Sage.

High School:

• A graduate of Shenendehowa High School, she excelled in tennis Nordic skiing and lacrosse and served as a captain for the tennis team.

Personal:

• She is the daughter of Raymond and Jacalyn Geisel. Her older brother played baseball for four years at Union College (Greg Geisel, 2014-2017).
• Geisel travels twice a year to Haiti on mission trips and is a sponsor for a 10 year old boy on the island.
