AS A GRAD STUDENT (2021 Cross Country): Completed 6k in 23:41.9 at the SUNY-Poly Short Course Invitational 9/4)…Finished 8k in 29:35.8 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (10/30)...Named to the RSC Athletic Honor Society.

AS SENIOR (2020-21 Track and Field): Finished seventh in the 10,000m run with a time of 33:48.83 at the Empire 8 Championships (5-7/5-8)…Completed 800m in 2:11.90 at SUNY Brockport (5/1)…Ran 1500m in 4:33.17 on the same day…Finished 5000m in 16:58.63 at the University at Buffalo (4/17).

AS A SENIOR (2020-21 Indoor Track and Field): Finished eighth in the mile with a time of 4:46.12 at the E8 Championships (3/19-3/20)…Completed 3000m in 10:21.38 at Utica (3/12).

AS A SENIOR (2020-21 Cross Country): Completed 6k in 21:09.9 at the E8 Championships (4/9)...Named to the RSC Athletic Honor Society.

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20 Track and Field): No season held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
