Newburgh, NY— The Sage Colleges' men's cross country squad was in action at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome racing in the 12^th annual Mt. St. Mary College Knight Invitational. In the men's 8 k race, USMMA won the men's team crown with a score of 35 in the field of 17 complete teams, while Sage was incomplete.

Sage's junior Holden Maynard (Schenectady, NY/Mohanasen) finished in 23^rd with a strong time of 29:12.0, while senior Arnoldo Burnett (Bronx, NY/John F. Kennedy) was 143^rd in 39:03.3.

The Gators will be back in action on October 12 competing at the Westfield State University James Earley Invitational
