• Michael Cichy was a newcomer at Sage in 2019-2020. He was slated to compete in the spring of 2020 in the middle-distance events last spring before the season was halted.
• He will be a newcomer on the cross country and track programs this season in the spring of 2021.

Academics at Sage:

• He is majoring in health sciences with a path to physical therapy.

High School:

• A graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School, he ran both indoor and outdoor track and was a member of the baseball team.
• He helped the track to back to back Foothills and Sectional Championship titles in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.
• He was a high honors student as well in high school.

He is the son of Michael and Trinya Cichy.
