ALBANY, N.Y. – The Empire 8 Conference picked Russell Sage College freshman center Khalel Noteman (Brooklyn, NY/Canarsie) as its Rookie of the Week for the period ending Sunday, December 3.
He averaged 6.33 points on 56.25 percent shooting, 7.33 rebounds and 1.67 blocks across three games last week. Noteman, who has now earned the honor three times this season, registered nine rebounds in two of the contests.
The Gators (5-3/0-2 E8) close the 2023 portion of their slate on Saturday afternoon at Bard. Tip-off is set for 4:00 PM.
