Farmingdale, NY---The Sage Colleges' men's golf team competed on Friday at the Farmingdale State College Skyline Invitational at the Beth Page Red Course, a par 70, 6,750 yard course. FSC won the team title after combining for a 297 on the day in the six-team field. Sage shot a 325 and took home fourth place.

Leading the way for the Gators on Friday was senior captain Zach Sullivan (Ballston Spa, NY/Burnt Hill-Ballston Lake) as he shot a 75 and finished tied for sixth place. Senior DJ Ioele (Johnstown, NY/Johnstown) carded a79 and tied for 14th. Sophomore Kevin Johnston (Gloversville, NY/Gloversville) shot a round of 80 to finish tied for 19th place, while sophomore Henry Taylor (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) rounded out the Gators with his 91, good enough for 27th place. Sophomore Sam Moquin (Watervliet, NY/Watervliet) posted a round of 100 and took home 33rd place.
Sage returns to action on October 3 travelling the Mt. St. Mary College Invitational. Start time is 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
