Empire 8 to Expand in 2024-2025August 21, 2023The Empire 8 Conference is pleased to announce the addition of SUNY Brockport and SUNY Geneseo, anticipated for the 2024-25 academic year. With the addition of Brockport and Geneseo, the E8 will be comprised of 11 members, all located in New York State. The conference currently sponsors 23 NCAA Division III sports.

Women's Basketball Team honored for academic success by WBCAAugust 01, 2023ATLANTA (Aug. 1, 2023) — Russell Sage College's women's basketball team and head coach Allison Coleman were recognized today with the announcement of the 2022-23 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Top 25 Team Honor Rolls. The Gators were named to the WBCA's Special Mention list for having compiled a team grade point average of 3.500.

Lubanksi named to ABCA All-Region Third Team! A Gator First!July 31, 2023Greensboro, NC – The 2023 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. III All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year were announced earlier this summer. For the first time ever, Russell Sage College had a player honored with a selection to the Region III Third Team. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Division III All-America Committee. RSC’s senior James Lubanski earned the distinction as the first Gator to ever earn a spot on ABCA All-Region squad. The honor comes on the heels of numerous awards for the designated hitter.
