ALBANY, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College junior Elizabeth Ingellis (Kingston, NY/Kingston) was selected the Empire 8 Conference Runner of the Week for the period ending Sunday September 17.

The two-time All-Conference honoree finished ninth out of 71 runners at Saturday's RPI Harvest Classic 6k with a time of 22:29.5.

The Gators compete next on Saturday at the Bard Invitational.
