Ingellis Selected E8 Runner of the Week

ALBANY, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College cross country junior Elizabeth Ingellis (Kingston, NY/Kingston) was selected the Empire 8 Conference Runner of the Week for the period ending Monday, September 4.

Ingellis finished first at Saturday's ACPHS Orchard Opener 5k with a time of 20:36.4. The medalist performance helped the Gators take the team title.

RSC competes next on Saturday, September 16 at RPI.
