AS A JUNIOR (2021 Cross Country): Finished 5k in 31:02.5 at the Oneonta State Invitational (9/18)...Named to the RSC Athletic Honor Society.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21 Track and Field): Completed 800m in 3:22.68 at Nazareth (3/6).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21 Cross Country): Did not compete.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20 Track and Field): No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019 Cross Country): Completed 6k in 30:49.9 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (11/16).

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped South Lewis win the 2017 state championship in cross country…Also competed in indoor and outdoor track and field.
