AS A JUNIOR (2023-24 Indoor Track and Field): Qualified for the Regional Championships in the 5,000m...Selected the E8 Track Athlete of the Week (1/29)...Lowered her program records in the 3,000m run (2/3) and 5,000m run (1/27)...Helped the DMR set the school standard with a time of 13:46.76 at Middlebury (2/10).

AS A JUNIOR (2023 Cross Country): Earned first-team All-E8 accolades...Selected the E8 Runner of the Week twice (9/5, 9/18)...Led the Gators in all seven meets...Lowered her program 6k record by more than 15 seconds with a time of 22:14.2 at the E8 Championships (10/28)...Clocking was good for sixth place at E8s...Took the medalist title at the ACPHS 5k with a time of 20:36.4 (9/2)...Completed 4k in 15:35.1 at Hamilton (10/21).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023 Outdoor Track and Field): Qualified for Regionals in the 10,000m...Ran 1,500m in 5:11.63 at RPI (4/28)...Completed 5000m in 18:47.49 at UAlbany (4/21)...Finished 10,000m in 38:43.92 at the AARTFC Championships (5/17, 5/18).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23 Indoor Track and Field): Bettered her program standards in the 3,000m run (11:07.11) and 5,000m run (19:02.77) at the E8 Championships (2/24-2/25)...Ran the mile in 5:47.81 at Middlebury (1/20, 1/21).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022 Cross Country): Earned first-team All-E8 honors...Finished seventh at the E8 Championships with a time of 23:50.7 (10/29)...Selected the (9/12) E8 Runner of the Week...Completed 4k in 15:32.0 at Hamilton (10/22)...Named Gator of the Year for women's cross country team in 2022.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022 Outdoor Track and Field): Did not compete at any meets.....Made the E8 Presidents' List for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22 Indoor Track and Field): Set the program record in the 5000m run with a time of 20:32.26 at Utica (2/5)...Qualified for the AARTFC Championships in the event (3/4)...Completed 3000m in 11:57.88 at Nazareth (2/18).

AS A FRESHMAN (2021 Cross Country): Received third-team All-E8 Conference honors…Represented RSC on the E8 SportsWomen of the Year Team…Finished 20th at the E8 Championships with a 6k time of 24:27.6 (10/30)…Completed 4k in 16:29.2 at the Hamilton Invitational (10/23)…Ran 5k in 20:19.9 at the Oneonta State Invitational (9/18).
