In game one, sophomore pitcher Leah Madore (Williamsville, VT/Brattleboro Union) was credited with the loss for RSC, going five innings with four strikeouts while giving up five earned runs.

Junior outfielder Madalyn Ring (Gansevoort, NY/South Glens Falls) and freshman infielder Annalise Tyler (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) each added two to the hit column, while sophomore infielder Amber Banas (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) and senior outfielder Isabella Vano (Yorktown Heights, NY/Yorktown) contributed one.

The Eagles moved to 5-2 on the season with the victory, which was credited to junior pitcher Regina Bangcoro, who threw four innings in relief, punching out four.

The biggest swing of the game came off the bat of sophomore infielder Sydney Ostolaza, who blasted her team-leading second home run in the second inning. Three other Eastern batters drove in a run in the victory.

The Gators shined more offensively in game two, totaling four runs on 10 hits.
