Gators Compete at Bard Invitational

ANNANDALE-on-the-HUDSON, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College competed on Saturday at the Bard Invitational.

Junior Elizabeth Ingellis (Kingston, NY/Kingston) again led the Gators with a 6k time of 23:34.8, good for 17th out of 138 runners.

Senior Mackenzie Feeney (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) completed the course 42nd with a time of 25:04.8.

Rounding out the RSC competitors were: sophomores Charisma Losee (Troy, NY/Lansingburgh) (28:22.5 - 74th), Hannah Maxson (Johnstown, NY/Johnstown), (30:05.4 - 84th)and Crystal Ivery (Cairo, NY/Cairo-Durham) (30:50.6 - 93rd).

Sophomore Christopher Pellegrini (Loudonville, NY/Colonie Central) was the top men's finisher, completing the 8k in 32:45.9. The clocking was good for 111th out of 153 entries.

Sophomore Robert Cusato (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland) crossed the line 121st with a time of 34:38.6, while junior Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Taconic Hills) was 133rd with a time of 33:15.9. 

Looking ahead, the Gators compete next on Saturday, October 7 at Westfield State.


Notes: Ingellis was selected the Empire 8 Conference Runner of the Week twice this fall (9/5, 9/18)…She earned All-Conference honors in each of her previous two campaigns.
