Pelligrini and Langer lead harriers on Saturday at Panther Invitational

Altamont, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College's men's cross country runners opened the new season on Saturday in action at Indian Ladder Farm, running in the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Panther Invitational.

RSC's men's team did not score in the team standings but was led by the efforts of sophomore Chris Pellegrini (Loudonville, NY/Colonie Central) who posted a time of 21:05.1 for the 5K distance. He was 12th and junior Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Taconic Hills) took home 22nd in 24:31.0.

Next up for the Gators they will compete on September 16 at RPI's Fall Classic in Saratoga Springs, NY.
