AS A SENIOR (2022 Outdoor Track and Field): Finished 800m in 2:32.34 at RPI (4/30)...Completed 1,500m in 5:08.81 at Williams (4/15)...Ran 5000m in 20:52.68 on the same day...Helped the 4x400m relay clock in at 4:06.70 at Utica (4/9).

AS A SENIOR (2021-22 Indoor Track and Field): Completed 800m in 2:31.29 at Utica (1/29)...Finished 1000m in 3:29.67 at Nazareth (2/18)...Ran the mile in 5:45.32 at Springfield (12/4)...Named to the RSC Athletic Honor Society.

AS A SENIOR (2021 Cross Country): Captained the program…Represented RSC on the E8 Sportsmen of the Year Team…Completed 6k in 27:02.4 at the SUNY-Poly Short Course Invitational (9/4)…Finished 8k in 34:00.3 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (10/30).

AS A JUNIOR (2021 Outdoor Track and Field): Helped the Gators 4x800m relay finish in 9:51.25 at the Empire 8 Championships…Completed 1500m in 5:13.14 at ACP (5/2)…Finished 800m in 2:28.79 at SUNY Brockport (5/1).

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21 Indoor Track and Field): Completed 800m in 2:32.01 at E8s (3/19-3/20).

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21 Cross Country): Posted a time of 29:51.3 at the E8 Championships (4/9).

AT HVCC: Made the president’s list multiple times.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed for both the cross country and track and field teams at Colonie…Voted the team’s Most Improved performer in 2015.
