Four Gators named to NABC Honors CourtJuly 19, 2022KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) today announced the 2021-2022 NABC Honors Court, recognizing those men’s collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the past season. The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents and gifts that these men possess off the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom. RSC's Men's Basketball team had four players honored with the release of this year's team.

RSC places 60 on Empire 8 Presidents' List; 8 Gator Teams earn All-Academic Team CitationsJune 22, 2022Hilton, NY--58 Russell Sage College student-athletes were honored with the release of the Spring of 2022 Empire 8 Presidents' List. Jalon Borders adds to his Gator accomplishmentsJune 10, 2022Albany, NY—Russell Sage College’s department of athletics announced their award winners for the 2021-2022 academic year at the annual awards banquet. In addition to several honors bestowed for athletic and academic excellence, Sage also selected the Gator of the Year Award for the department’s 21 varsity sports for the 2021-2022 year. In addition, the award as the 2021-2022 Sage Male Athlete of the Year for a Team sport was given to senior guard Jalon Borders from the men's basketball team.

RSC Men's Basketball Team Named Recipient of CBOA's Sam Schoenfield Sportsmanship AwardMarch 29, 2022Reading, MA – Russell Sage College’s men’s basketball team has been named the recipient of the 2021-2022 Sam Schoenfield Sportsmanship Award by the Collegiate Basketball Officials Association. Sage was selected for the award by the referees, who are members of the CBOA. The award will be presented to the Gators on April 30 in conjunction with the organization’s annual banquet held in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
