After a successful rookie campaign for Sage's cross country team, Zachary Funk comes to Sage as a varsity letter winner in both cross country and track at Gloversville. Funk was named the 2015 Gloversville Cross Country MVP, and he was a sectional winner for indoor track.

Funk was named Skyline Second-Team for cross country with a 14th place finish at the conference meet. He was also named Skyline Rookie of the week twice.

A four-year honor roll student in high school, Funk is the son of Chris Adams and Susie Morrison. He plans on majoring in Physical Education while at Sage.
