Ryan Adamczak (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland) enters his second season on the Russell Sage College men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2021-22.  The former Gator works with the team's face-off specialists.

Adamczak, who captained the program in its inaugural 2019 season, graduated with a degree in public health from RSC.
