Allison Coleman is entering her second season at the helm of Sage’s Women’s Basketball Program. The 2014-15 campaign saw the Gators establish the mark for the most wins in the program’s history.

As a player at Eastern Connecticut State University, she became the most accomplished player in Division III women's basketball history. She was named the State Farm/WBCA National Player-of-the-Year as a senior in 2003-04 and remains the only four-time All-America in women's basketball collegiate history. Coleman also led her team to the NCAA Division III national title game.

With Coleman, ECSU produced the winningest four-year composite record in program history, winning 101 games and losing only 17 (.856 percent). Coleman is an inductee into the Connecticut Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, the inaugural Little East Conference Hall of Fame and a member of the LEC's 25th Anniversary All-Star Team, the E-Club Hall of Fame and, most recently, the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.
