Hilton, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College's women's cross country team had two runners saluted as all-league performer with the announcement of the 2022 Empire 8 Women's Cross Country All-Conference Teams. First year head coach Regan Grube led the women's team to a sixth place showing in the championship.

RSC's sophomore Elizabeth Ingellis (Kingston, NY/Kingston) finished in the Top Ten as she placed seventh in 23:50.7.   Junior Mackenzie Feeney (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) posted a time of 24:17.5 and took home 12th place.  For Ingellis, who earned two Runner of the Week citations this fall, earned Empire 8 First Team honors for her effort after she was a third team honoree in 2021. Feeney picked up her third straight Empire 8 All-Conference citation with her time at the E8 championship in 2022.

 Looking ahead, the Gators compete on Saturday, November 12 at the NCAA All-Atlantic Championships on the campus of St. Lawrence University as the race starts at 11 a.m.
