ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College junior defensive specialist Elaina Moisidis (Albany, NY/Albany) was named the Empire 8 Conference Co-Player of the Week, for the period ending Sunday, October 10.
Moisidis recorded 6.00 digs per set across three matches last week, including a career-high 33 digs in Wednesday's win vs. Utica.
The junior currently tops the E8 in total digs (399) and digs per-set (4.87).
Looking ahead, Sage plays at MCLA on Thursday night. The non-conference game is set for a 7:00 pm start.
