ALBANY, N.Y. –  Senior outside hitter Emma Parkington (Dalton, MA/Wahconah Regional) and sophomore right side Statia Walker (Schodack, NY/Maple Hill) represent Russell Sage College on the 2021 All-Empire 8 Conference women's volleyball teams.

Parkington (above), a three-year co-captain, was voted to the Third Team. She finished fifth in the league with 3.38 points per-set and ranked fourth on the circuit with 2.86 kills per-set. Parkington, who recorded her 500th career kill on Saturday, September 11 at SUNY New Paltz, concluded her RSC career eighth in program records with 756 kills. She recorded 20 career double-doubles, ten of which came this season.

Walker was selected for the E8 SportWomen of the Year Team. She contributed 12 double-doubles this fall, averaging 6.26 assists, good for fifth in the conference, and 2.25 digs.
